Ryan Kavanaugh has listed for sale a two-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 21316 Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu for $10.5 million.
Leslie Kavanaugh of Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent. Kavanaugh paid $7 million for the property in Oct. 2009. The 2,791-square-foot home in Las Flores was originally built in 1955 and was recently renovated. It is located in the Rancho Topanga subdivision. It has a gourmet kitchen, cathedral ceilings and fireplace.
Kavanaugh, a film producer and entrepreneur, is the founder and CEO of Relativity Media, a motion picture production and investment company based in West Hollywood. His projects as a producer include Limitless, The Social Network and The Fighter. He recently completed filming 50/50, Immortals, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and Movie 43. He is currently working on the drama fantasy film Untitled Snow White. His future projects include The Strangers 2, 21 and Over and Goliath.
He attended the University of California - Santa Barbara and the University of California - Los Angeles.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 149 home sales in Malibu during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.53 million.
