PS3 game headed for big screen...
Limitless director Neil Burger will helm the movie adaptation of the Playstation3 game Uncharted: Drake's Fortune.
Burger replaces David O Russell, who had fallen out with Sony over his plans to use only the game's premise for the film, according to Variety.
Burger will also write the screenplay, which will focus on Francis Drake's attempts to find the lost treasure of the mythical land El Dorado.
Uncharted is being planned as an Indiana Jones-style franchise, with Playstation selling over 6 million copies of the game.
Mark Wahlberg signed up to play Drake earlier this year, alongside Joe Pesci and Robert De Niro, although it is unknown if he will stay on following the change of director.
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is due for release in 2013.
