Insidious

What do you get when two of the creative minds behind two of the hottest modern horror franchises put their heads together? Tne answer is Insidious , which was co-produced by James Wan , the writer and director of the first Saw , with Oren Peli , the writer and director of Paranormal Activity , and directed by Wan from a script by Leigh Whannell , who has acted in, written and executive produced several Saw movies. How's that for a horror pedigree?

Insidious stars Patrick Wilson and Rose Byrne as the parents of a boy who is being preyed on by evil entities from another dimension called "The Further." While the boy's spirit is trapped in The Further, his body is being used as a magnet and conduit for evil. As the tagline on the new poster states, "It's not the house that's haunted," it's the boy.

And, a new poster promoting the U.K. release of director Neil Burger 's ( The Illusionist ) new sci-fi thriller,, has been released. Limitless was written by Leslie Dixon ( The Heartbreak Kid ) and is based on the novel The Dark Fields by Alan Glynn . Bradley Cooper stars as Eddie Morra, an unsuccessful writer who is given an experimental designer drug called NZT, which allows him to utilize 100 percent of his brain and become the perfect version of himself. Suddenly, Eddie can remember everything he has ever seen, heard or read, learn a new language in a single day, figure out complex equations and charm anyone he meets. Eddie parlays his new-found abilities into millions of dollars by playing the stock market, which draws the attention of mega-mogul Carl Van Loon ( Robert DeNiro ) who wants Eddie to broker the largest merger in corporate history. But Eddie's success also attracts the attention of shadowy forces bent on getting his rapidly dwindling supply of NZT. Abbie Cornish , and Johnny Whitworth also star.
